Ryan has been involved in the scene in what he calls “a more behind the scenes sorta way, supporting and helping out, only really playing out somewhat regularly during the sprinkler room days.” He was one of the first people Lisa and I ever connected with at the very first party (concrete) we went to when we first moved here. We had all just been at Honcho where we saw each other and brushed shoulders as strangers, later at concrete we made the connection and got the plug from Ryan on all the Queer DIY underground parties happening in Philly.
