Event Guidelines

  • This event is all ages and 100% free for attendees (we ask exhibitors for a $25 tabling fee to cover costs but no one is turned away due to lack of funds).
  • Volunteers will be wearing COMPRESSED T-shirts, feel free to ask them for help.
  • The event space does not require or enforce masks. However, Burn All Books & Particle FM strongly encourage masking due to current surge in cases. Volunteers will have masks available at the welcome desk.
  • Smoking, vaping, and outside alcohol are NOT allowed in the space. Anyone caught breaking these rules in the building or on the terrace by staff will be escorted from the premises.
  • The main venue and the space where event programming is held are ADA accessible.
